Ok K K! So Glam Doll, You made it the 6-8 Weeks of healing from your 1st application of powdered brows with me. Yay! I know healing was a roller coaster and I am glad you have returned to seal the brows. During your Touch up we will correct anything we need to as well as even out the color on each side. The process is still the same from before but the time is shorter because we already have a brow shape. This service is up to 2hrs. I recommend you have your brows serviced once a year to keep them looking fresh. Even if you choose not to your brows will stay for a few years depending on your skin. Ombré Brows , also known as Powdered Brows, are a semi-permanent eyebrow styling technique that creates a soft shaded brow pencil look. On average, how long does the Ombré shading last? It can last from one to three years. The retention depends on a number of factors, including skin type, lifestyle, health condition, sun exposure, etc. Does it hurt? The pain level varies from person to person. A medical grade topical anesthetic will be used for numbing before and during the procedure to make the clients feel comfortable and as pain-free as possible. What is the aftercare like? It is essentially relaxing and do nothing! For best-healed results, the client should avoid working out, sweating, any makeup around the brows for at least two weeks. Most importantly, it is important not to pick at the scabs/dry skin. The scabs need to shed naturally. It is also recommended to stay out of heavy sun exposure and avoid any facial treatments throughout the healing process. After the procedure, the client will be given an aftercare ointment to be applied two to three times a day after washing the treated area. It is very important to keep your newly shaded brows as clean as possible.
