Does your deposit get applied to your class? Yes. Your amount due is minus the initial deposit. 2. What if my model doesn’t show up? If a model is required for the training you chose you do not get a certificate. A live model is required to be certified in the Classic and Hybrid combo class. 3. Is Kandis Frizell licensed? Yes I am. 4. Do you need a license to do lash extensions? Not in the state of Indiana. You must however take a 45hr course that is recognized my the Indiana Department of Health which is conducted by a licensed professional. We do offer that course here at HerKandyGlam.
